Many people who sit in meditation for the first time only feel confusion. The objective of our workshops is to observe the mind as being confused without falling into a rut of self-defeat.

A good meditation practise will simplify your life by experiencing stillness in the present moment. In the West, we tend to overcomplicate and over-analyse most things, and we obsess over future events that haven't happened yet. It's a repetitive and exhausting spiral we often to refer to as our 'stress'.

There's a bunch of tools and techniques to guide your mind away from your thinking self - how we teach is to observe passing thoughts as 'passing'. With practise, you become the navigator of your responsive mind and much more aware of the conversations you are having with yourself on a daily basis.
