Our Yin Yoga classes are held in the warm, quiet and intimate space of our studio. Here you'll learn to soften your mind, restore your body in stillness and remain untroubled under tension. You will notice subtle or significant shifts as we relax into each given pose.  


A style of Vinyasa Yoga practise combining breath with energetic movement. Our guided Open Flow classes are dynamic and we take pride in evolving our sequences every week to avoid repetition. There'll be days we practise to uplifting music, and other times we practise in silence - with only our breath to guide us.
