Yin practice allows us to withdraw our senses and look inward. The poses are all on the ground, held for longer periods of time allowing our muscles to relax and focus on deeper tissues like ligaments, tendons, bones and joints. Yin practice has the most beneficial effect on long term mobility and flexibility.
Minimal fluff, the yoga does the talking. A focus on increasing mobility, core strength, and releasing tension. A great time for all levels, including the absolute beginner.

Vinyasa style flow accessible to all levels. Fun beats, funky flows and a release of the week that has been, making space for whatever the new one has in store.
Simple and gentle movements, along with breath work and visualisation techniques, that help boost your immune system and feeling of inner strength, help release blockages and stagnant energy, support your emotional balance, and enhance your holistic wellbeing.
