You might have read somewhere at some point that good health was really GOOD for you. It might have piqued your interest but alas, habits are hard to break. You might have turned in circles flapping your arms trying to cook, buy and eat healthy food but fallen back into the comforting arms of convenience, because well…. it’s convenient to do so.
This is where I often find people at the very beginning of a WELLNESS venture - usually at the end of their HWY to un-WELL. And I can’t blame you. There's A LOT of people out there telling us to do things, eat things and feel things that seem A LOT of hard work. I mean, not all of us are walking between Yoga studios, meditating at sunrise, activating our nuts and sprouting our seeds. What we see on Social Media is a glossy version of life and even HEALTH.
