Join fermentation revivalist Sammi Zajko, and owner of Fermenting Australia as she returns to Port Macquarie by popular demand, for an inspiring evening of fermentation demonstrations at the beautiful venue, The Hollow Store, in Port.
Learn and become inspired in a fabulous, comfortable setting. You will graze on a delicious ploughmans platter of cheeses, ferments, fermented drinks, dips and more.
Sammi will share her wisdom of a culmination of over a decade of fermenting, a background in nutrition and natural health, and six years of facilitating fermentation workshops around NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.
