Join Beth James @ The Hollow Store on OCTOBER 29th for a gentle yet deeply relaxing evening to support you with calming the nervous system and staying grounded amidst external chaos. With so much uncertainty present in the world, it is more important than ever to slow down, connect to the breath and honour the body. You will be guided through practises such as tea, breath-work and meditation to help balance your energy and find the stillness within. Further details on the event page. 

What we will do:

Clear auric field through the use of vibrational oils

Light movement (combination of yoga asana and Qi Gong) to gently awaken energy

Introduction to yogic breath and techniques for moving breath through the body

Pranayama breath exercise

Guided meditation

Silent tea ritual - learn how to use tea as a meditative ritual and enjoy some beautiful, healing Habitual teas

Oracle Cards - you will have the choice to pick a card and receive a message

This event is hosted by @beth.jj - we will gather on 19th Nov at 7-9 pm at The Hollow Store, tickets are $35 and available on eventbrite.

Beth James is a writer, consultant and trained meditation & Yoga Nidra teacher. She has been working with the energy of the moon for over a decade and has hosted several rituals and events in Berlin (Germany) where she has been based for the last 10 years. This is her first event in Australia and she is looking forward to sharing and connecting with the local Port Macquarie community.
