Each time we fill our studio hosting classes, workshops and courses we find ourselves asking "where are the fella's at?" Women dominate hands-down in all things stretchy and mindful and we think it's about time we roll out an exclusive invite to the MALES in our community....
 
Our yogi Benny has created a 4 week course exclusively for men. This will be held every Tuesday evening from 6-7:30pm in our private, warm and sociable studio starting 14th of August. Over 4 weeks you will learn:
 
Meditation fundamentals - breath, posture and mindfulness
YIN (restorative) Yoga and FLOW (movement) Yoga practises
Body alignment and awareness
Philosophy of the Mind
 
...and casual Banter about the latest and best Podcast, mental health struggles and how to create the kind of habits that effect change in your L I F E.
No need to worry about lycra, inflexibility, body odour or the untimely passing of wind - this is the official language of camaraderie as we make our way through the month ahead, as MEN.
 
Yoga Mats + Bolsters provided. Please bring water. Comfy clothes are essential.
Bookings are ESSENTIAL due to limited spaces.
