I wanted to keep it simple and straight forward.
I’ve given a brief description on all positions and how to go into them safely.
For each and every one of them “go slow” when moving into them. The practise is all about slowing down - be gentle on yourself.
Some of these poses are nice and relaxing, giving you a chance to stop for a while and not be held under by to much physical tension, there are some challenging ones also - the longer you hold the more challenging it becomes.
